Read Morethe part of the USPS and after speaking with them, the item arrived the next day. Wicked Uncle's customer service went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. Also, the plush corgi dog is well made and currently being loved by my daughter. Thank you! -------------------------------------------- This review is not about the item because I have not received it yet. This review is concerning the shipping and delivery. I ordered an item on July 1st for a birthday July 16th. I figured this would be plenty of time for it to arrive. Unfortunately, I assumed incorrectly as it is now late in the evening of July 15th and there is still no item. Tracking shows it has been sitting in the town where it needs to be delivered for NINE DAYS. I have lost all faith it will arrive in time for her birthday, what a waste. I understand delays can happen, but it has been over 2 weeks since it was shipped - unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company in the future no matter what the quality of the gift turns out to be.
